The Bachelor’s in International Management is designed to equip you with an understanding of the forces and complexities of modern international business. Learning about negotiation, teamwork, leadership and management builds confidence as well as a sense of value and contribution to wider society. Delivered in consultation with local industry partners, the programme promotes practical experience and skills through case studies, workshops and group work on real-life client briefs.
You have the choice to study either full-time (two semesters per year for three years), or in Distance Learning format (eight semesters over three years), an option specifically tailored for those already working professionally. Exam exemptions for CIMA are awarded upon graduation, so students can continue studying towards this prestigious qualification.
Year 1 modules are shared with students from the BA (Hons) International Finance and Business Accounting programme. So at the end of your first year if you find that you're drawn to finance, you are easily able to switch to the finance and accounting pathway.
“PCU was a fantastic experience. Not only did I get to live in Prague for three years, but everything I learnt helped me get to where I am today, working as a Senior Analyst at Amazon in a global department focused on HR Solutions. The skills I learnt at the university really enabled me to thrive in an international company — not only giving me the knowledge to succeed, but also helping to develop skills such as public speaking and teamwork.”
Edward Platts, United Kingdom
The programme can be taken full-time or in distance learning format.
