Recent Prague College graduate Helena Jakoube returned recently to deliver a workshop on 'layering ideas' in which students were encouraged to produce an attractive design outcome based on a number of haiku poems. A requirement of the workshop was to capture the essence of the poems using experimental handmade production rather than, for example, digital media or type.
