Our next master speaker will be Ahmet Vargelen sharing his experience with his talk "Going from zero to hero: Three months to market"

Three months to market is the time it takes to bring a new product or idea into the market quickly, but it‘s also an inexpensive way to test the pulse of the market, to find out whether the idea is interesting to buyers.

To be able to achieve this, organizations will need to change how they work and interact with new ideas and existing businesses. The idea is always to identify your minimum viable product, for example build a bike first, and then to exchange the bike for a motorcycle and then finally for a car, which will allow you to achieve your ideas faster but with sure steps.
