PR and media specialist Cristina Muntean gives a lecture on Crisis Communication as part of the Managing Communications Knowledge and Information module

The students were introduced to the topic of "Crisis Communication" and its importance for businesses. According to Cristina Muntean, every business should be prepared for communication in a time of crises and devise a strategic crisis communications plan beforehand. Examples of crisis communication were drawn from real life scenarios and students received helpful tips on how to manage and communicate when a crisis may hit by practicing their skills in interactive exercises.
