Sherrihan Radi

sheri_radi.jpgSherrihan joined the Business School in February, 2013 as an Associate Lecturer after completing her MSc in Quantitative Finance at Cass Business School in London. Prior to her Master’s, she received her BA in Accounting and Finance from Durham University. For both degrees, she was the recipient of a fully-funded scholarship from the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education.

Her main research interests are in financial econometrics, specializing in co-integration and factor models, asset pricing, Islamic finance, and behavioural finance. Sherrihan has two research papers to date. The first tests the validity of the Fama–French three-factor model under extreme market conditions (for example the dot-com bubble) within the UK and US markets, while the second analyses the co-integration between ten European stock market indices, focusing on the effect of the 2004 EU enlargement.

At Prague College, Sherrihan teaches mainly in the areas of accounting and finance.
