Petr Svarny

svarny.jpgPetr Svarny was born in Prague. He currently works as a product manager at a Czech IT company, which enables him to do what he most likes:  teaching others what he has learnt from experience.

He holds an MSc in Cognitive Informatics and Diplomacy from the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics, University of Economics in Prague, as well as an MA in Logic from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at Charles University.

Petr gained his teaching experience while studying for his PhD at Charles University in Prague. Although his subject is logic, his research also ventures into physics and philosophy.

His hobbies - board-gaming and ballet - might be far removed from the topics of his classes, but still provide him with inspiration on how to enhance his teaching.
