Peppur Chambers

Peppur__Chambers_Headshot-1-1.jpgPeppur is a writer/actor/director who also loves teaching and finds it to be a perfect platform for her talents. She is module leader in Feature Writing for Magazines & Newspapers at Prague College.

For the past twelve years, she has been developing her Brown Betties™ brand, which includes an award-winning webseries, women’s empowerment workshops, a dinner-theater show, “Harlem’s Night: A Cabaret Story” and her published novella, “Harlem’s Awakening" (Black Hill Press, 2013), of which she’s currently writing the second installment.

A graduate of Marquette University’s College of Journalism (BA Advertising/Marketing), Peppur has contributed to Prague Pulse Magazine, Bridge/Gate Magazines, Humor Mill Magazine, LA Beat, and The Firm FM radio show where she did a weekly, relationship-advice segment, “Keep It Spicy”. She’s also a freelance Social Media/Marketing Content creator for small businesses, teaches drama to children at Class Acts, and English through several language schools.

In Prague less than two years from being in LA for ten, Peppur produces, directs and acts under her company, CATNIP (Contemporary Theatre Now in Prague). In her spare time, she sings jazz with Bury & DeeSax for private events for clients celebrating brands like Rolls-Royce, BMW and the Karlovy Vary Film Festival.
