Sarah Lee is an Associate Lecturer at Prague College in the Department of Business. She teaches on the Foundation, HND, BA (Hons) and MSc International Management programmes.
Her academic interests include leadership and management, organizational behaviour, and human resource management. She has a professional background in HR and project management, and has taught in a number of UK institutions including the University of Portsmouth and the University of Southampton, where she earned her PhD in Management in 2015.
Her doctoral research focused on the interplay between personal and organizational values in the management role. Sarah has presented at several international conferences and has also written a number of academic research papers and reports. She has recently contributed a chapter to a book on Responsible Leadership.
