LIBAT

Libat, Hybrid laboratory for arts and new technologies was founded in 2002 by P.Silondi.

The association aims to foster the production, the administration and the diffusion of artistic projects stimulating interdisciplinary, multimedia and experimental practices.

Libat is proposing a hybrid and nomad “platform-laboratory”, tool of analysis, creation, and exchange for conceptual, aesthetical and technological studies.

Libat is involved in the coordination of several artistic and cultural European projects promoting the creation of a dynamic open-network, inviting international artists, culture centers, schools, and researchers to foster the creation and the presentation of new multimedia art models.

Since 2007, Libat developed in-situ workshops at Prague College, “Meta.IDs”, proposing a collaborative experience, inviting artists, students and technological experts to work in an Interactive Media experimental and sensitive environment.
