The workshop will be run in two parts with a break. Attendance is limited, so registration is required.

Part One

  • Assess your strengths and weaknesses.
  • What are your marketable skills, knowledge, abilities and other characteristics?

  • What position(s) you can aspire to — the optimistic scenario and sure bet
  • Research the current market situation

Part Two

  • How to select the format that works for you
  • CV and resume: different formats, country and industry specific requirements
  • How to organize your skills, experience, education and other information
  • Practice
  • Creating a monster.com profile?
  • How to customize your resume
  • Matching your qualification with the specific position
  • What to put in your cover/motivational letter

The workshop will be led by Natalie Mikhaylov.  Natalie holds an MBA with a concentration in HR Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and has worked with a broad variety of groups and projects in HRM and Organizational Development, ranging from NASA projects to a Child Care Center.
