Introduction to Project Management

This workshop will introduce the audience to the concept of a project and to the project management approach.

What is a project?
What is project management?
What is project life-cycle?
What is work breakdown structure?
What is project integration?
How are resources managed in a project?
How is time managed in a project?

The workshop will be led by Prague College lecturer Marija Ilincheva-Cherkashina. Marija received her master degrees from major institutions in both Russia and England. Marija has practical experience with the international non-profit organizations, and her background is in organizational sociology
