	Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MSMT) - Czech Republic Our business and design higher education programs (HND/BA) are registered and approved as British university study programs undertaken in the Czech Republic, as per Ministerial decree 322/2006, for the 2009/10 academic year. Czech citizens and permanent residents are considered local university students for the purposes of state social and health benefits. Other programs, including International Business, Professional and Access diploma programs are accredited as further education professional qualifications in the Czech framework. The Ministry (MSMT) also accredits our Further Education for Teachers courses in the framework of the national program for the continuing professional development of educational professionals.
