Access to Art & Design

This specialized Access to Art & Design program prepares students to enter the HND Graphic Design, HND Interactive Media or Bachelor degree programs at Prague College. The program focuses on developing necessary design and application skills, the use of interactive media applications, a background in design history and theory as well as developing an entrance portfolio.

The entire program is delivered in the English language, and is intended to improve the student’s ability to be in the higher level design and media classes. The program also offers the possibility to study business skills, including report writing, presentations. In this way students develop the background necessary to create an adequate entrance portfolio while improving study and English skills.

If the student does not meet the minimum language requirement to enter this semester, he or she may need to complete an additional 1-2 semesters of the Access Program.
